Last updated: December 15, 2024
These Terms of Service govern your use of Anka's supply chain consulting and integration services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms and our commitment to excellence in cross-border e-commerce solutions.
Welcome to Anka, a Hong Kong-based supply chain consulting and integration company backed by US investment. We specialize in international business consulting, cross-border e-commerce platform expertise, supply chain management, and US localization services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Anka is a Hong Kong-registered company with US investment backing, specializing in comprehensive supply chain consulting and integration services. We maintain strategic partnerships with major retailers including Walmart, Target, and various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba's AliExpress, and Etsy.
Our global infrastructure includes four (4) overseas warehouses across Europe and North America, a dedicated US office in East Los Angeles, and a 2,000 square foot showroom facility for client and channel partner demonstrations.
Anka provides four core service categories:
Platform optimization, market entry strategies, and performance enhancement for B2C retail operations.
Bridging Chinese manufacturers with overseas buyers and cross-border e-commerce companies.
Full-category warehousing solutions and physical showroom experiences for clients and partners.
Trade show representation, business registration, tax compliance, and other ground-level US/Canada operations.
Clients engaging with Anka's services agree to:
Our consulting services are provided based on our expertise and industry knowledge. While we strive for optimal results, business outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to market variables, platform policy changes, and external factors beyond our control.
Performance Disclaimer: Past performance and case studies do not guarantee future results. Market conditions, platform algorithms, and competitive landscapes are subject to change.
Our supply chain integration services act as intermediaries between manufacturers and buyers. We do not take ownership of goods unless specifically arranged. Quality control, product compliance, and shipping arrangements are subject to separate agreements and terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their products meet destination country requirements and regulations.
Our overseas warehousing services are subject to separate warehousing agreements. Storage fees, handling charges, and insurance requirements will be detailed in individual service contracts. We maintain insurance coverage for goods in our custody, but clients are encouraged to maintain their own product insurance.
Showroom services at our East Los Angeles facility are available by appointment and subject to additional terms and conditions.
Our US localization services include trade show representation, business registration assistance, and tax compliance support. These services are provided in partnership with licensed professionals where required by law.
Clients remain ultimately responsible for their legal and tax obligations in the United States and Canada.
Payment terms vary by service type and are detailed in individual service agreements. Generally, consulting services require partial payment upfront, with balance due upon completion of deliverables. Warehousing and logistics services are typically billed monthly.
Late payment charges may apply as specified in individual agreements. Anka reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
All proprietary methodologies, processes, and materials developed by Anka remain our intellectual property. Client-specific strategies and customizations developed during our engagement may be retained by the client, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Clients grant Anka the right to use their business results as case studies, subject to confidentiality agreements and approval processes.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding business information, trade secrets, and proprietary data shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be required for specific projects or sensitive information sharing.
Anka's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Force Majeure: Anka is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or platform policy changes.
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination.
Ongoing warehousing and logistics services require 30 days' notice for termination to ensure proper transition of inventory.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts, unless otherwise specified in individual service agreements.
For US-based services, additional terms may apply under applicable US state and federal laws.
