BUILD THE RANGE, NOT THE ADMIN

Your buying list.
Brought together.

A retailer building a new range. A distributor replenishing several lines. A project buyer ordering furniture and everyday essentials. Different needs can share one coordinated plan.

01 / THE ASSORTMENT

Different products.
A connected purchase.

Start with the products you need, rather than a single supplier’s catalog. We review sourcing options, quantities and specifications across your list.

  • Share product links, photos or an item list
  • Compare product-level quantities and available variations
  • Keep each item’s specifications and commercial terms clear

02 / THE PREPARATION

Bring the details
into view.

Orders from different suppliers can have different readiness dates, packing needs and inspection requirements. We help coordinate the handoffs before dispatch.

  • Confirm supplier arrival and receiving arrangements
  • Agree checks, counts, labeling and carton requirements
  • Review available consolidation and shipment options

03 / THE SHIPMENT

Separate suppliers.
A coordinated departure.

Where practical, goods can be brought together for a planned shipment. The right route depends on readiness, carton dimensions, destination and handling requirements.

  • Consolidation does not remove each supplier’s MOQ
  • Fragile, oversized and restricted goods may need separate handling
  • Freight, duties and destination charges are confirmed in the quotation

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you
combine an order.

Can I combine products from different categories?

Yes, we can review mixed requirements across categories. Product compatibility, supplier terms and shipping requirements determine how the order can be organized.

Does a mixed order have one minimum quantity?

No. Each product or supplier may have its own minimum. Consolidation does not automatically reduce manufacturing or customization minimums.

Can you work with suppliers I already use?

Share the supplier and product information. We can review the coordination scope and responsibilities before agreeing the work.

Will everything ship together?

We assess whether one departure makes sense. Different completion dates, handling needs or restrictions can make separate shipments more practical.

Can you inspect or repackage the products?

Receiving checks, product inspections, labels and repacking can be discussed. The scope, acceptance criteria and fees are confirmed for the project.

How are service charges calculated?

Charges depend on the products and the agreed work, including sourcing, coordination, inspection, handling and logistics. We confirm the cost structure before you proceed.
